OFFICIAL REPORTING PORTAL

This portal is for use by authorized personnel to submit police reports to the Office of State and Local Law Enforcement (OSLLE). Access is restricted to individuals who have been approved and instructed by the Law Enforcement Officials to use it.

  • Submit police reports for manual review by OSLLE. Reports will be assigned to an officer who will follow up by email.
  • Submitted reports are tracked via reference numbers. Follow-up will occur directly through contact with the assigned officer.

All submissions must comply with applicable state and federal laws. This system is for official use only. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, criminal prosecution, or both.

Report Submission Portal

Authorized personnel may use this portal to submit official police reports to the Office of State and Local Law Enforcement (OSLLE). Access is limited to individuals who have received authorization and instructions from their respective law enforcement agency.

  • Submit incident-based police reports directly to OSLLE for processing.
  • Status updates will be provided by email.
  • Download submission receipts or documentation associated with accepted reports.


Report Tracking and Confirmation

Users may track the status of submitted reports. Status updates will reflect submission confirmation, report acceptance, or follow-up requests by OSLLE personnel. Access is restricted and only available for authorized submissions.

BULLETIN BOARD

The Office of State and Local Law Enforcement (OSLLE) has launched this secure portal to standardize and streamline police report submissions across agencies.

Agencies must ensure that designated personnel are trained and authorized before accessing the system. All portal activity is logged and monitored. Misuse of the system may result in administrative or legal action.

The system update includes the following procedural notes:

  • User Credentials: Each user must log in using credentials issued by the agency administrator.
  • System Security: All data transmitted through this portal is encrypted and protected according to federal standards.
  • Help & Support: User guides and technical support are available. Contact the support team for assistance with access, credentials, or report issues.
